InkSeine is a prototype inking application from Microsoft Research. It has cool features designed from the ground up to use with a pen, such as fantastic ink-based search functionality, radial menus, a floating tool ring for image capture and circling the pen to scroll, and of course great inking functionality to jot down and sketch all your ideas.
